We live in a world where we are constantly bombarded with fear, panic, doubt, and distress from a multitude of sources such as the news, social media and our peers.
As a photographer and someone who tends to romanticize many things in life, I want to get away from all of those horrible feelings that are projected on us and just take a minute to appreciate beauty and life itself.
It’s so easy to get distracted by all the craziness that is going on in the world that we don’t even give ourselves the time to think, relax, and decompress.
This website is just one creative manifestation of my life and values and it’s a project that is allowing me to take a step back, that like anyone, I think I desperately need. I hope you can take that same step back with me. Enjoy the site.
Who am I?
I think writing some sort of bio where I tell you about how cool my life is or rattling off a list of accomplishments I’ve achieved just isn’t my style. Truth is, I really don’t know what I’m doing 50% of the time. I’m just trying to do the best I can with this life I’ve been gifted with and trust me there’s a lot of stumbling and confusion happening on this journey.
I’m 22 years old and I really love travelling and taking photos. It’s pretty much all I’ve been doing since I graduated high school and was able to venture out of my small hometown in Michigan. I’ve recently started a web design company with my friend in Finland. For the time being I guess I’m what you would call a “digital nomad” but I’ve got my sights on moving to Finland permanently.
