About Me
What is art?
We live in a world constantly flooded with distractions—whether it’s the news, TikTok, Instagram, or any other social media platform, not to mention the relentless buzz of push notifications on our phones. Honestly, I’m exhausted by it all, and I don’t think that feeling is unique to me. I’m not entirely sure how to describe what I’m trying to accomplish with this website, but I suppose my aim is simply to slow things down. I want to return to art, creativity, innovation, and inspiration—those timeless forces that have propelled humanity forward for millennia. I’m not suggesting that the work showcased here is superior to anything else, nor do I believe I possess some divine gift that the world desperately needs to see. Rather, my goal is to revive a time when “content” was created with intention and genuine creativity, not just recycled TikTok trends that may capture millions of views but ultimately leave their audience with nothing of lasting value.
Who am I?
I think writing some sort of bio where I tell you about how cool my life is or rattling off a list of accomplishments I’ve achieved just isn’t my style. Truth is, I really don’t know what I’m doing 50% of the time. I’m just trying to do the best I can with this life I’ve been gifted with and trust me there’s a lot of stumbling and confusion happening on this journey.
I’m 24 years old and I really love travelling and taking photos. It’s pretty much all I did for the first 5 years after graduating high school and was able to venture out of my small hometown in Michigan. I have done a lot of traveling around the world and inside the United States. But, I believe I have finally found my home and where I want to settle down. Ironically, after all this travelling, I’ve decided to return to Michigan permanently. That does not mean, however, that the traveling or photography endeavor is coming to a close. I believe that this is just the beginning.
